What is Air Push Up?
Air Push Up is the new invention for the people who wants to be fit always, and have a sexy body just spending a few minutes everyday. It may not be the easiest way, but definitely the most time efficient one. Just a few minutes will be enough to feel the tension of every single muscle of your body. Fat can not survive on your body anymore.

I was a pretty good breakdancer 3 years ago. After I was accepted by university, I just gave it up. I don’t know why I did that. I am not good at break dancing now as I was. However, it really helped me to invent Air Push Up. It also gave me the strenght to do it easily. I was able to do it but I did not realize for a long time that I and you can benefit from it. Here I want to give you some hints about Air Push Up relying on my experience.

How Are You Going To Perform Air Push Up?
First of all, you should find your body’s center of gravity. Think of a line passing through your body and dividing it in two equal parts. Below your chest, on this line you will find your Body’s center of gravity. You could see on the video at which spot I found mine. Straight up your arms of your shoulder length. Put them on the ground by lining with the center you found. By the help of the muscle psoas major (back muscles) raise up your legs. Then enjoy the Air Push Up. HINTS
1-First of all, I advise you to work out with a rhytmic music. I prefer especially some specific DJ’s mixs like Armin Van Buuren, Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, etc., and R&B and Rap Musics are the other options of mine. You will choose the right ones for you but consider the fact that they should increase the adrenaline level in your blood. This will definitely increase your strength and help you to work out with Air Push Up much more better.

2-If you find it difficult even to stand paralel to the ground, I should advise you to strengthen your biceps, triceps, gluteus, muscle psoas major (back muscles) or whichever part of your body needs to perform it. You could work out either with the sports center equipments or at home by classic push up versions. I had done both. Respectively 550,600,650 push ups at 3 successive days really increased my performance. 4 Day work out in a week at Fitness Center helped also.

3-If you close up your legs your Body’s center of gravity will slide lower points on your body. That means more burden on your arms. Therefore, if you are a beginner, open your legs as much as you can. Since the gravity center of your body will be on the upper part, your arms can handle burden of your body more easily.

4-Move your legs before your body to the desired direction (up or down). That will make Air Push Up easier, too.

Attention:
*I advise you to make max. 10 Air Push Ups at a time if you have an untrained body.
*Take it slow! Otherwise, it may cause serious injuries!
*Air push Up may not be enough to structure your body properly. Working out with the professionals and getting their advices may be better for you.
